Before and After Pictures of Helen's Groom Creek (Prescott) home. From a really small galley kitchen to a weekend gourmet retreat. I think we doubled the size of this kitchen. Done in Clear Alder, Copper w/ black glaze. The range moved to the penninsula/ bar top you can catch the corner of below. Even the Pantry got a new door.

 
This old set up was definitly a one person kitchen. Check out the work triangle, you could turn around and reach  any area.

"More counter space", thats the most requested item for any remodel. It will never be an issue here. See the picture below and where the counter used to end?


Now add all of this. The difference is double workspace.

Stools are going to replace the table that used to be in the corner.

I first met Kathy in May 2008 when we were getting ready to start building our Chino Valley home. She listened to what I wanted and had such wonderful ideas for me to think about. She went home and quickly sent some designs for the kitchen, baths and laundry room. After a few changes, we came up with a perfect design. I kept changing my mind as to wood type and color, but Kathy was always positive and let me go back and forth until I finally made up my mind! My husband and I finally met Fred when the cabinets were installed- what a perfectionist! The cabinets were gorgeous and we couldn't wait for the house to be completed so we could fill them up! We finally got to move in a year after I had first talked with Kathy- but the wait was so well worth it. The friends that have visited comment on the beautiful cabinets and want to know who designed/installed them. I hope to give Kathy and Fred lots of referrals.       Our Kitchen remodeling project with Longhorn Cabinets was a very positive one.We really had no idea how we could change our kitchen around to optimize space.
